European legislation guidelines establish the bases for the Commercial Law of each Member State of the EU. Over the years we have acquired experience in this area, working in Law Firms of the first order as well as in the legal departments of National and International Companies.

In the area of Commercial Law, the laws and national regulations only complement those of the European Union. In Europe, lawyers must be "European" and at the same time "Local". Although this is also true for the United States, in the case of Europe, this consideration is much more important because of the European Unions recent history and its legal acquis. Commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, incorporation of new companies, etc. form the core of the legal issues we most frequently deal with. An extremely important issue is also the understanding of legal options and the possible structures of an entity from the EU (or from a foreign company in Europe) that wishes to expand effectively across the EU. On these issues, we have ample experience.
