The relations, contracts, terms and conditions between ACN and its Clients on the one hand, and/or the Network of Specialist Consultants on the other hand, are governed under the laws of the Principality of Andorra. In the event of any legal dispute arising between the parties, all parties involved shall accept the jurisdiction and competence of the courts of Andorra, on the understanding that only current Andorran legal regulations will be applicable.
