ACN only operates with clients who do not pose direct competition with the group of companies that have been employers of ACN coordinators or specialized consultants. For this ethical limitation to be lifted, a minimum of 5 years must have elapsed since their respective employment relationship ended.

Potential new clients cannot be in direct competition or have a conflict of interest with ACN's current clients. If there is a conflict of this nature, the situation will have to be analyzed with the affected parties before deciding whether to accept the new client.
